Two entrepreneurs
Two entrepreneurs under the same roof. Sandra and Hans have the same amount of spirit and complement each other, in their differences. Sandra; Fashionista, trendsetter, structured, steadfast, … Hans; creative, inspirator, hands on mentality, all-rounder and a whooping 30 years in the hospitality industry. Both visually strong, spot on, driven and connected to the city of Eindhoven.
At Dirven Sandra is known as the better manager (she can even manage Hans) and Hans with all his energy fills the role of inspirator, motivator and innkeeper. By moving into the rear apartment in the building, both fully commit to the dreamed concept.
Both have a dream to fulfill with a B&B somewhere with their toes in the sand, however, missing their children keeps them from moving to warmer places. For now, they will stay as close as possible to Sam aged 23 years old, a law student in Leiden and Pim aged 18 years old VWO student in his final year at van Maerlant Lyceum in Eindhoven.
But why wait with fulfilling their dream, just the toes in sand and the daily ray of sunlight are missing. Eindhoven fits them like a glove, they know the city and the city knows them. Making people happy is in their genes, so let’s get to work. Pim has a room in the appartement, and Sam gets a 100% discount on booking a room if she wants to come home from Leiden to Eindhoven. Except for when GUUS, The DDW or another event populates the city then all the rooms are for guests and the Snoeijen family is busy pampering them.
Sandra, in addition to her duties as a manager at DIRVEN, stays nicely occupied with her fashion business SONAR (just steps away). Hans establishes a scaled-down version of his creative agency RiGOUREUS in a room in the inn, so he is literally at work.
Both are looking forward to welcoming guests to their modern inn.
